Well-conceived and very well-executed.
Congratulations on pulling it off.

Anonymous asked: Your art is gorgeous!!! If you take requests, I'd love love love it if you drew Kurt and Sam... :)
Thank you so much, Sweets. <3 Honestly, I’m probably not the best person to ask for this pairing, but do not fear! The ever-inspiring Colleen has one uploaded to her deviantART account (drawn as a gift for her first follower; link here!) that I think you’ll quite like ;)

Anonymous asked: What kind of pencils do you use for your drawings?
Hey, Sweets. Well, I recently amassed a pretty random collection of Prismacolor Turquoise (some dear friends of mine went completely bonkers at a local drafting supply center closeout, and I’m pretty sure they bought out the entire store o.O), but it’s really only been in the past few months that I’ve experimented with anything other than your typical, everyday mechanical :) The last 5-6 pieces were a blend of the above and a small set of Faber-Castell Goldfaber 1221’s. Still, WRT lead hardness, I’m beginning to notice a pattern of use:
For lineart, I typically use 2B (because it’s easy to erase, while also being soft enough not to leave indentations in the paper), while for preliminary shading, I scribble the heck out of H and HB (your standard American No. 2). From there, I revert back to 2B for softer shadows, while relying fairly heavily on a super-pointy 4B for all the dark stuff (small details and thick shadows). I’ve also noticed that in using H for preliminary shading, my work has taken on a sort of odd, blended softness, which is lacking in my earlier pieces. It’s an interesting texture, one which tends to mask individual pencil strokes, but it’s a fun technique to explore nonetheless ;)
pureklaination asked: That just makes me want to send you something that you can publish, just so you can use my tag. So here goes. *Clears throat*
You, are a magnificent human being and I adore everything about you. xo
